A perimeter treatment is applied using a combination of contact granules, granular insecticide baits, dust, and liquid residuals, depending on a variety of factors. Once we establish the initial line of defense, we interview the homeowner to determine what further measures may be required for the home’s interior.
At this time, we will discuss our findings and our recommendations with the homeowner regarding structural maintenance that may be influencing pest pressure. If further treatment is necessary inside, a wide selection of active ingredients, formulations, and physical pest control methods are available to best suit any given situation.
Our company offers various programs, each one tailored to fit your individual and specific needs. A quarterly service (every three months) is typically recommended for a maintenance program where pest pressure is low.
When pest pressure or probability is high, a Monthly program is typically recommended. Both programs require a one-year service agreement and include any additional treatment as needed between regular services at no additional charge.
We also offer One-Time services that require no service agreement but provide no guarantee either. This service is typically reserved for customers with a specific issue that needs to be addressed but does not need a regular maintenance program.
